15 января мы достали мясо из соли и подвесили в тандыре (пока) - чтобы мыши не добрались. Но в тандыре провяливается-проветривается плохо, поэтому решили в этом году решить вопрос с "северением" мяса кардинально: будем делать ящик из сетки-нержавейки.

Закуплены собственно сетка





Каркас ящика тоже будет из пищевой нержавейки



Ящик будет разборным, собираться на шпильках и рым-гайках (на всякий случай все будет из нержавейки).
Андрей Васильевич уже забрал все ингредиенты и увез их к себе в мастерскую, у него есть оборудование для сварки нержавейки. После изготовления ящика кумпяк переселим в него.

 

В связи с очередной сменой телефона все "записки сумасшедшего" под угрозой.
Запишу здесь выстраданное знание - про садовые тачки
Когда менял колеса на тачках, изучал тему подшипников https://www.forumhouse.ru/posts/26989977/ и колесных формул.

Такие колеса у нас:
Одноколесная: 12мм ступица, колесо 4.8х4.8х8, диаметр 380-400
Двухколесная: колесо диаметр 325-350, ступица 16мм
Подшипники: 202 (ширина 11мм) или 180502 (14мм), размер 35х15мм.

Теперь не потеряется!

21 января, в субботу, выдался очень мощный закат. Слегка морозно, давление высокое - самое время для парилки после прогулки с собаками!

В бане уже прижились новоустановленные мебеля:





Обратите внимание на творческое решение полочки под телевизор: площади ресивера не хватило, и мы изобразили полочку из трех досок для полков - бюджетно и всего за десять минут



Гелла украшает интерьер бани...





Обычный творческий раскардаш во время парилки: на столе кружки для кваса/пива, пульты от аппаратуры, на диване пледы для собак (Гелла мерзнет!), в парилке - листья от веников, мокрые халаты и полотенца на стенах...
Прекрасные моменты!
